Tropical Planet Nursery ships eligible live plant orders and wholesale shipments worldwide where route, season, documentation, and plant condition make shipment reasonable.

Processing time

Please allow 3 to 5 working days on average for order processing before dispatch. Some wholesale or live plant orders may require additional preparation time based on packing needs, plant readiness, weather, and route review.

Delivery timing

Delivery timing depends on destination, customs clearance, carrier performance, weather conditions, route stability, and live-plant handling risk. Tracking information is provided after dispatch. Please allow 1 to 3 working days for tracking updates to appear.

Pre-order and back-order shipments

For pre-ordered or back-ordered items, available items may ship first while remaining items ship when stock is ready. Rare plants follow growth cycles, so replenishment timing can vary by plant type and batch readiness.

Live plant shipping risk

Live plant shipping is never completely risk-free. Tropical Planet packs carefully for long-distance transit, but route conditions, weather, customs inspection, carrier delay, temperature swings, and post-arrival handling can affect plant condition.

Arrival review support

If a plant arrives with visible transit stress or damage, please contact us promptly through the Contact page with your order number, clear photos, delivery timing, unpacking evidence, and condition details. Cases are reviewed based on plant type, weather, transit time, packing condition, and available evidence.

Post-arrival acclimation

After delivery, open the package promptly and place plants in stable conditions. Avoid immediate heavy watering, harsh direct sun, fertilization, or unnecessary repotting while the plant is rebalancing from transit.
